Ghi chú Notes on mark: (1) Dán ảnh mới chụp, phông nền trắng, mặt nhìn thẳng, đầu để trần, không đeo kính màu; sau khi dán đóng dấu giáp lai của UBND phường, xã và kèm theo 03 ảnh rời để cấp thẻ. (2) Theo quy định của pháp luật: cứ 3 năm 1 lần người nước ngoài thường trú phải đến cơ quan quản lý XNC và làm thủ tục đổi thẻ thường trú.
